  • Try to make a diet plan that consists of three meals along with nutritious snacks in the entire day. Drink milk and related products, vegetables, fruits etc into your daily diet.
  • At the early morning, you can use Amla, Almonds, Walnuts, while at two chapattis, dal or paneer and vegetables along with salads and curd. At dinner, try to eat fry vegetables along with salads.
  • Do not remove meals from your diet as it slow down of the metabolic rate into your body and there could be some chance to gain weight instead of losing it.
